These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Spicy Leads and related websites and services provided by Spicy Toolbox Inc (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

Spicy Leads supports insurance-housing workflow coordination, including claim intake, furnished-property sourcing, and authorized communications. Customers remain responsible for reviewing their data, decisions, communications, legal obligations, and use of the Services.

2. Accounts and authorized use

You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and use the Services only when authorized by your organization. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

3. Messaging terms

Where enabled, Spicy Leads may send property providers text messages about specific furnished-housing listings and related insurance-housing inquiries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Customers must obtain and maintain all authorization or consent required for communications they initiate or direct, identify themselves accurately, and promptly honor opt-out requests. Mobile opt-in information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Customer data

Customers retain their rights in data they submit and grant Spicy Toolbox the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, secure, and support that data to provide the Services. Customers represent that they have all rights and permissions necessary for submitted data and communications.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Services, violate law or third-party rights, interfere with security or operation, send spam or deceptive communications, evade opt-outs, or access the Services without authorization. Our Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Service changes and availability

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

7. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Spicy Toolbox disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee housing availability, provider responses, business outcomes, or that every error will be corrected.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spicy Toolbox and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from the Services. Any aggregate liability will not exceed amounts paid for the Services during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, misuse, legal or security risk, nonpayment, or discontinuation of the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

10. Changes and contact
