Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every user and customer of Spicy Leads and other services provided by Spicy Toolbox Inc.

Use the Services lawfully

Do not use the Services to violate laws, regulations, contractual duties, privacy or intellectual-property rights, carrier requirements, or applicable messaging, authorization, and consent rules.

No abusive messaging

Do not send spam, deceptive, fraudulent, threatening, or harassing messages; contact recipients without required authorization or consent; use purchased or unlawfully obtained contact lists; obscure sender identity; or evade, delay, or ignore opt-out requests. STOP requests must be honored promptly.

Protect people and systems

Do not upload malicious code, disrupt or probe systems, bypass access controls, impersonate others, expose sensitive information without authorization, scrape the Services, or use the Services for fraud, discrimination, threats, exploitation, or illegal activity.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect recipients, customers, providers, or the Services. We may preserve or disclose information where required by law.
